DTA’s management program is both efficient and budget-friendly.   The contract comes standard with many time and cost-saving programs for our clients.  Included is our private dynamic portal with its public-facing website, free banking services including lockbox and online payments, cloud-based document storage, insurance policy rate savings program, video meeting platform, enhanced communications capability including e-blast, text and automated voice call, credit reporting, and much more.  Many of these services are included in our base management fee with no additional cost to our clients.  We also prefer to spend our time managing your community instead of counting copies and paperclips, so most of your supplies are included in our base management fee as well.
