​Production and payment related to resale certificates is in compliance with Section 209 of the Texas Property Code.  If documents are needed sooner than the time described in the product description, please select the RUSH service that best suits your needs.

If deliverables are indicated, they will consist of documents specified on the TREC form. Special documents, such as reserve studies, historical financials, audits and reserve studies are available to the owners in the owner portal.  Current management certificates and community governing documents are available at no cost at hoa.texas.gov.
